Job Description

s:

  • Manage daily airfreight operations for import and export shipments
  • Coordinate with airlines, carriers, and warehouse teams
  • Negotiate freight rates and service agreements with carriers
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
  • Monitor shipment status and resolve delays, damages, or service issue.
  • Track KPIs such as transit time, cost efficiency, and service quality
  • Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce transportation costs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalations
  • Ensure compliance with dangerous goods and aviation security regulations

Job requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of experience in airfreight or logistics operations
  • Knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs regulations
  • Familiarity with cargo management systems and freight software
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
