What You Will Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement airfield solutions that optimize performance and safety.
- Develop and maintain software applications using Python and Go, ensuring high reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time during deployment and operation phases.
- Analyze system performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff on new systems and technologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Python and Go.
- Proven track record of deploying and supporting complex engineering solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with system performance analysis and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
Preferred
- Familiarity with robotics or automation technologies within the transportation sector.
- Experience in a forward-deployed engineering role or similar capacity.
- Knowledge of airfield operations or related regulatory standards.
Compensation and Benefits
