Pay & Benefits:
Pay of $34.73 per hour*, with the opportunity for future increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale based on time in position. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.

Want to help planes stay ready to fly while working out on the ramp? Line RONAircraft Maintenance Techniciansat Southwest work outside on the ramp to inspectand repair planes during overnight hours. They check systems, fix issues,and make sure eachaircraftis ready for its next flight. Working closely with Technical OperationsandAirport Teams, they help keep our schedule running smoothly. This role is part ofaCollective BargainingAgreement (CBA), which means pay, schedules,and other job detailsare set throughanagreement with the labor union.
Work schedulesare based on seniorityand may include early mornings, late nights, weekends,and holidays. There may be times when mandatory overtime isrequiredto support flight operations, but therearealso opportunities to trade shiftsand findaschedule that works for you.
