Nous recherchons actuellement des candidats qualifiés pour des postes de techniciens d’entretien d’aéronefs (TEA) au sein de nos équipes de maintenance et d’avionique, afin de rejoindre notre équipe grandissante de professionnels de l’aviation et de soutenir les activités de maintenance de notre organisation.

Opérations :

  • Maintenance en ligne : Soutien quotidien à la maintenance en ligne pour une compagnie aérienne régionale opérant dans l’Est du Canada.

La maintenance en ligne comprend les inspections et les réparations effectuées entre les vols ou durant la nuit. Les travaux incluent les inspections en escale jusqu’aux visites de type A, le diagnostic et la résolution de problèmes techniques, le remplacement de moteurs et le remplacement d’hélices.

Qualifications et compétences :

  • Exigence : Avoir terminé une formation en maintenance d’aéronefs approuvée par Transports Canada ou posséder une expérience équivalente acquise dans le cadre d’un programme tel qu’ICS.
  • Atout : Détenir une licence M1/M2 ou E, ou une qualification équivalente.
  • Une expérience en maintenance en ligne constitue un atout.
  • Une expérience sur les aéronefs Dash 8-100/200/300 et/ou Dash 8-400 est souhaitée.
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
  • Solides compétences en diagnostic et en résolution de problèmes techniques.
  • Solides aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles, en prise de décision, en organisation et en communication.
  • Connaissance de la réglementation de Transports Canada.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler sur tous les quarts et capacité à s’adapter aux changements d’horaire liés aux besoins opérationnels ou à des situations imprévues.

We are currently seeking qualified applicants for Aircraft Maintenance Engineer positions within our Maintenance and Avionics teams to join our growing crew of dedicated aviation professionals supporting our organization’s maintenance operations.

Operations:

  • Flight Line Maintenance: Daily line maintenance support for a regional airline operating in Eastern Canada.

Flight Line Maintenance involves maintenance checks and repairs carried out between flights or overnight. The work includes layover checks up to A-checks, expert troubleshooting, engine changes and propeller replacements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Required: Completion of a Transport Canada-approved Aircraft Maintenance course or equivalent experience through a program such as ICS.
  • Preferred: M1/M2 or E licence or equivalent rating.
  • Experience in flight line operations would be considered an asset.
  • Experience on Dash 8-100/200/300 and/or Dash 8-400 aircraft is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, decision-making, organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Transport Canada regulations.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts and adapt to changes in shift times due to operational requirements or unforeseen situations.

Term: Permanent, Full-time
