  • Fast tracked career progression- opportunities to move into cyber, technical services, or broader engineering roles

  • Education support- we invest in you, reimbursing further study, licenses and ongoing development

  • See the impact of your work- the aircraft you maintain support real missions, often recognized in the media

  • Work alongside the squadron- not disconnected maintenance, but integrated operational support

  • On-site facilities- free gym access, plus pool and tennis courts on site

  • We back our people- from licensing to long term career growth, we invest into our team

What we Offer:

  • 18 weeks paid parental leave

  • 2 Weeks Paid Reservist leave

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A cert IV in Aeroskills

  • The ability to hold and maintain a AGSVA security clearance

  • Demonstrate competency of aircraft systems, AMD and local work instructions
