We are looking for a team member to join our company operating in the aviation sector as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, possessing the qualifications listed below.

General Qualifications:

  • To have a bachelor's degree in Airframe-Engine Maintenance, Aircraft Maintenance and Repair, Aircraft Electrical-Electronics, Aviation Electricity and Electronics, Aviation Electricity and Electronics departments of Civil Aviation Schools or Aviation and Aeronautical Sciences Faculties of universities (Preferably universities accepted as "Authorised School" or "Recognised School" by DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation))
  • Has DGCA Aircraft Maintenance Licence,
  • In addition to the B737NG aircraft type, preferably with B757 Rb211 and/or B777 GE90 types,
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of aircraft technician experience in the Civil Aviation industry,
  • English language proficiency certificate in accordance with current SHT 66,
  • Not having a criminal record or criminal record archive record
  • Able to work in shifts,
  • Prone to teamwork,
  • Able to follow business processes, have improved decision-making and problem-solving skills,
  • Responsible and result-oriented,
  • Preferably completed military service,
  • Class B driver's license, able to actively drive,
  • There is no situation preventing him/her from working abroad
  • Preferably residing in Antalya or being able to reside in Antalya.

About Mavi Gök Airlines

Mavi Gök Airlines (MGA) was established and started to play an active role in the Aviation business based in Antalya, Türkiye, in March 2007.

Since the establishment of MGA with the emphasis on quality, the line maintenance service provided in many locations of the world with its existing 145 maintenance authorizations, with strong inventory around the world.

MGA obtained its own AOC Air Operator license in July 2022 and made its first official flight to Budapest on July 19, 2022. MGA continues to provide aircraft maintenance service, in addition to air taxi and airline service, with Boeing 737-800, Boeing 737-900ER, Boeing 777-300ER, Boeing 737-700BBJ and Cessna 208B Grand Caravan EX Amphibian aircraft in its fleet.

MGA always implements and enhances safety and security requirements under all circumstances. MGA became an IOSA Airline under the IATA Operational Safety Audit Program in May 2024, and an IATA Airline in September 2024.
