  • Address resource imbalances and communicate staffing needs to the Build Manager

  • Oversee work records to ensure accuracy and run completeness

  • Inform the 7-day support strategy and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency

  • Foster a culture of innovation, employee development, and effective team collaboration

  • Commit to leading by example and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • 6+ years of relevant mechanical build, assembly, or troubleshooting experience

  • Deep understanding of mechanical assemblies, electronic wiring, motors, batteries, and systems

  • Proficiency with common mechanical assembly tools, electrical test equipment, and troubleshooting complex systems to isolate and repair faults

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings/work instructions and distinguish colors

  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces

  • Familiarity with aircraft systems, hardware, and 14 CFR Part 21 standards

  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office

Desired

  • Prior experience as a lead, manager, or technical trainer

  • Associate’s degree or higher in a technical field
