Roles and Responsibilities

  • Configuring aircraft (fixed wing and rotary) into the Traxxall System with the correct Engine, APU, and Propeller models, allowing the Traxxall algorithm to determine the applicable tasks to be enrolled in that aircraft.
  • Enrolling tasks into the aircraft profile, that consist of components (OC and Life Limited), inspections packages, service bulletins, and airworthiness directives.
  • Performing review, migration, and oversight of maintenance logbooks, status reports, history reports, and other maintenance documents transmitted from the customer/aircraft operator with emphasis on accuracy, and mapping these maintenance data onto the appropriate tasks in our Traxxall system.
  • Reviewing technical documents and publications such as OEM manuals, Type Certificate Data Sheets, Supplemental Type Certificates, Airworthiness Directives, and Service Bulletins to determine correct inspection programs, task categories, intervals, and applicable tolerance and behavior for an accurate enrollment.
  • Performing mathematical calculations based on Traxxall tracking ratios and OEM-specific ratios (e.g Pratt and Whitney engine thrust penalty ratios) to obtain accurate data and determine correct inspection/overhaul due times and component replacement due times.
  • Reviewing SBs and ADs to determine applicability to the specific aircraft model and serial number being configured and enrolled into the system
  • Evaluating all tasks enrolled in the aircraft to determine correct requirement or interval, according to relevant technical documents such as OEM manuals, AMPs, SBs, and ADs.
  • Reviewing AMP/AAIP documents and performs comparison to ensure that the tasks are enrolled with the correct intervals and tolerance behavior
  • Performing audit for current enrollment and communicating enrollment findings such task due mismatches, interval conflicts, AD/SB applicability/inapplicability, compliance data deficiency, TSN/CSN issues, AMP vs OEM inconsistencies, and other configuration issues with the customers/aircraft operators through documentation and submission of Quality Control Findings Report (QCFR)
  • Doing core review from time to time for new aircraft models that are to be enrolled into the system.
  • Performing other duties and responsibilities as required by immediate supervisors and managers

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Technology, and any relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience reviewing technical documentation such as OEM Manuals, ADs, SBs, AMPs and other relevant publications a big plus.
  • Preferably with PRC license or CAAP A&P License but not required.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
