
Aircraft Component Repair Technician 1 (Second Shift) in GAC Lincoln

The Component Technician 1 will be responsible for repairing Lead Acid Emergency Batteries and Nicad Batteries. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret basic battery electric schematics, have basic knowledge of hand tools needed for disassembly and assembly of Batteries, including multimeters, loads supplies and power supplies. Be mechanical inclined, have a very positive attitude, work well with others in a team environment and be willing to work overtime and other duties as assigned.
This is a second shift position: Monday-Friday from (2:00pm–10:30pm).
The compensation range for this role is $25.94 - $30.26 per hour.
Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors including but not limited to: minimum and preferred qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location.

High School Diploma or GED required. Must possess basic understanding of shop math. Sheetmetal (production and/or fabrication) and/or hydraulic overhaul experience preferred.. Basic knowledge and experience with electrical theory and wiring preferred..
