This is a remote position.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Listing Management

  2. Pricing Strategy

  3. Guest Communication

  4. Marketing

  5. Property Management

  6. Performance Analysis

  7. Compliance

  8. Emergency Management


Requirements


KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • A bachelor's degree graduate in business, marketing, or any related filed is preferred

  • Mastery of English at C2 level is a must.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Demonstrated experience managing vacation rentals on platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO/HomeAway, Booking.com, Expedia.com, and direct websites using WordPress.

  • Solid understanding of the vacation rental market and current trends.

  • Proficient in property management software and tools.
