🛠 Responsibilities:
📞 Act as the first point of contact for airline customers in German and English
💺 Assist with reservations, cancellations, online check-in, and travel policy guidance
🖥 Accurately record customer interactions in the system
⚡ Provide efficient and friendly solutions while meeting performance KPIs
🇩🇪 Fluent German (B2) and English (B2), both spoken and written
🏠 Willingness to relocate to Brno or already living in Czech Republic
💻 Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems
😊 Friendly, optimistic, and stress-resilient personality
🌙 Ability to work in shifts, including nights, in a fast-paced environment
🕒 Option to switch to part-time after 6 months (subject to KPI performance)
