This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. He/She may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position acts as a senior with experience and may supervise other employees. He/She directs and tracks hub activities while ensuring safety and quality compliance. This position performs other tasks as assigned.

【業務内容】

HUB輸出業務

• SPのオペレーションコントロール
• 保税上屋におけるコンプライアンスの順守・管理
• 社内外の関係各所との折衝、調整、連絡業務
• ベンダーマネージメント

：HUB Export Operation

• Operation control of Export process for Small Packages.
• Manage Bonded warehouse operation to comply relative customs regulations.
• Negotiation and make necessary adjustment to internal/external parties.
• Vendor management.

【必要なスキル】

スキル・経験 ：

• コミュニケーション能力（社内外問わずTeamworkが取れる方）
• 英語力（メールでの対応）
• PC Skills (MS Word/Excel and other)
• 自己管理能力
• 保税業務経験があれば尚可

その他：

シフト勤務が可能な方(基本的には月曜日から日曜日）

週５日制、6:00~23:00の間で８時間勤務

Skills & Experiences：

• Communication skill（Internally/Externally with teamwork ）.
• English Skills (Email)
• PC Skill (MS Word/Excel and other).
• Self-management skill.
• Preferable with job experience of bonded warehouse operation.

Other：

Roster based duty for basically Monday through Sunday.

8-hour shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., 5days per week
