About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Air Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of international airfreight shipments, ensuring seamless, efficient, and customer-centric operations. You will act as a key liaison between clients, airlines, and overseas partners to deliver best-in-class logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete lifecycle of air import and export shipments from start to finish.
• Prepare and process all necessary airfreight documentation accurately and in a timely manner (e.g., Air Waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists).
• Execute import and export customs declarations in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordinate closely with airlines, ground handlers, local transport providers, and overseas offices to ensure smooth transit and on-time deliveries.
• Proactively track and monitor existing shipments, providing timely updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Develop and provide competitive freight quotations (RFQs) and reliable, time-critical solutions to meet client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving operational issues effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in airfreight operations or a similar logistics role.
• Strong understanding of air import/export procedures and documentation.
• Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong customer-service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Culturally aware and able to interact effectively with a diverse, international clientele.
