Our client is a logistics eFulfillment company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily export operations in all aspects.
• Coordinate with concerned parties to ensure correct requirements.
• Responsible for handling full sets of air freight export documents.
• Handle customers and carriers inquiries, complaints follow up.
• Back up the operation team.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above.
• MUST hold valid RAR and DGR (class 9) certificate.
• 4 years or above working experience in air freight industry.
• With EDI knowledge is preferable.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and analytically skills.
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
