As a member of the Kuehne+Nagel Air Logistics Pricing team, you will play a key role in turning complex transportation needs into fast, accurate and reliable pricing solutions. Supporting air freight quotations for pharmaceutical, biological and other time sensitive shipments, your work helps make critical logistics possible across the world. By connecting with international teams and balancing speed, accuracy and cost, you will help ensure that every shipment starts with the right solution. Join our Pricing Team Americas and help turn complex air logistics requests into fast, accurate pricing solutions. In this role, you will work in an international environment, supporting air freight quotations while collaborating with teams across different countries and handling a dynamic flow of customer requests.

How you create impact

• Prepare accurate and competitive air freight quotations for international requests.
• Analyze transportation costs, rates, pricing and margins to support effective solutions.
• Help the team manage a high volume of quotations with speed and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with international teams through calls and written communication in English.
• Support pricing solutions for specialized logistics, including pharmaceutical and biological products.
• Contribute to faster response times while maintaining quality and accuracy.

What we would like you to bring

• Experience or knowledge in Freight Forwarding and air freight pricing.
• Advanced English for daily calls, emails and collaboration with international teams.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, calculations, percentages and data handling.
• An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to organize priorities and perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience with pharma, biological products, clinical trials or temperature-controlled logistics is a plus.
