As an Air Logistics Aerospace Customer Care Specialist, you will manage shipments through the full operational lifecycle while supporting customers with accurate, timely information. • Coordinate bookings, routing, shipment execution, and final delivery
  • Monitor shipment milestones, transit times, and customer commitments
  • Provide proactive shipment updates and communicate delays, deviations, or other operational issues
  • Investigate shipment disruptions and coordinate with internal teams, carriers, gateways, and other partners to drive resolution
  • Support customers with operational questions related to shipments, documentation, airway bills, compliance, and transportation requirements
  • Coordinate with Operational Care, Revenue Care, Procurement, Gateways, Pricing, and other internal teams
  • Ensure shipments meet applicable freight forwarding, regulatory, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate shipment and customer information within internal systems
  • Escalate time-sensitive or high-impact issues appropriately and follow them through resolution
  • Support a high-touch aerospace customer environment where accuracy, urgency, and communication are critical

What we would like you to bring

You bring strong Air Logistics or freight forwarding experience and understand how to manage shipments through the operational process. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and where customers rely on you for clear, accurate information.

  • Experience in air freight, freight forwarding, airline cargo, or a closely related logistics environment
  • Experience managing or supporting air import and/or export shipments
  • Understanding of shipment execution, tracking, documentation, and exception management
  • Strong customer communication skills with the ability to explain operational issues clearly
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external teams to resolve shipment issues
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize urgent or time-sensitive shipments
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding regulations and compliance requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and logistics or shipment management systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Previous aerospace logistics experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with strong Air Freight Operations experience from another industry vertical will also be considered.
