Our client, a leading global logistics company, is urgently looking for a dedicated Air Import Operations Specialist to join their team at the Freezone Suvarnabhumi facility. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and able to start within the next month.
Oversee full-cycle air import operations including documentation, coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients.
Manage customs clearance procedures, ensuring timely submission of accurate documents in line with Thai customs regulations.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient cargo delivery.
Monitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or customs-related issues.
Maintain organized records and shipping documentation.
Communicate effectively in English with global partners and clients.
Follow internal SOPs and meet client-specific service standards.
Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams to support accurate billing and positive client experiences.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in air import operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Proven experience in handling customs clearance procedures and customs entry preparation.
Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
