Our client, a leading global logistics company, is urgently looking for a dedicated Air Export Operations Specialist to join their team at the Freezone Suvarnabhumi facility. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and able to start within the next month.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for all air export customers
Manage bookings, freight rates, and the preparation of export documentation, including MAWB and HAWB
Ensure all export documents are accurate and comply with regulations
Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to customers
Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports
Coordinate closely with the operations and billing departments to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field
3-5 years of experience in customer service within the air export industry
Strong understanding of air export procedures and documentation
Proficient in English
