Air Export Agent
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000

We are seeking an experienced Air Export Agent with strong quoting and pricing expertise to support international air freight operations. This role is responsible for preparing competitive rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate, timely execution from booking through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage air export quotes, pricing, and rate negotiations
• Coordinate shipments from booking to final delivery
• Work closely with carriers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Handle export documentation and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates to clients
• Resolve issues related to delays, routing, or documentation

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of air export experience with a focus on quoting/pricing
• Strong knowledge of international air freight processes and documentation
• Experience working with freight forwarders or logistics providers
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
