What you will do
This position is based onsite in our Advanced Engineering and Development Center in New Freedom, PA. Candidates must be commuting distance to the facility, or able to relocate. Only US Citizens and Permanent Residents of the US will be considered for this position.
How you will do it
Leadscomponent, sub-system, and complete chiller test set-up,communicates test plans to test lab operators,monitorstestprogress, assiststest plan creation
Arrangesforprocurement and fabrication of parts
Organizestest data and evaluatesfor measurement accuracy and test plan applicability
Coordinatesbetween departments to design, build, components, sub-systems, and chillersfor testing purpose
Createssketches for drafting and lab for the design of chiller components, sub-systems, and test set-ups
Trouble shoot problematicchillers,sub-systems, andcomponents and recommend solutions.
Communicatestechnical information in written, verbal, and graphical form in a clear and precise manner
Learnscodes and standards related to role
Managecomplex test-relatedprojectsto ensureon-time completion
Generates technical documentationrelated to chiller and component tests.
What you will need
Required
5+ years related experiences
Knowledge ofrefrigeration system operation,fabrication and service processes
Knowledge of mechanical components and systems,such asmetal structures, machinery,andfluid flow
Familiar with product development process.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $70,000 - $85,000 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
