We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Installation and Maintenance:
- Install and maintain diverse air conditioning systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance for system longevity.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly.
2. Repair and Servicing:
- Perform repairs on malfunctioning units.
- Service existing systems for optimal performance.
- Provide timely solutions to client
-reported problems.
3. Customer Interaction:
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their needs.
- Educate clients on system usage and maintenance.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
4. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Complete service reports, documenting parts used for invoicing.
5. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance. - Relevant trade qualification or certification.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
