Job Title: Air Conditioning Multi‑Skilled Engineer
Location: Croydon
Purpose of the Role
The Air Conditioning Engineer is responsible for maintaining all environmental and cooling systems across the site, ensuring building conditions remain stable at all times. The role includes Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and breakdown response for all refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) plant. The engineer must be technically competent across a wide range of A/C systems including chillers, CRAC units, VRV/VRF systems, split units, FCUs and AHUs. The position plays a critical part in maintaining plant availability, system reliability, and statutory compliance.
