
Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting an Air Compliance Permit Engineer in Oak Ridge, TN. An active DOE Q clearance (or DOD equavilent) is required to be considered for this position.

This individual will lead the effort to assess current and planned site operations and activities for a large-scale manufacturing operation to ensure environmental air compliance for the Company. As the company adds additional equipment and activities requiring air permitting the existing insignificant emission activities will be subjected to permitting requirements. After assessing the need, this individual will be responsible for applying for the required air permit(s), develop site procedural requirements and develop personnel training.
