  Visit existing and potential customers to understand their needs and built with operational team a customized solution that perfectly fits with customers’ requirements.

  Coordinate with operations to ensure delivery are completed on time.

  Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• 
  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  Provide detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and business insights to management

Requirements

• 
  Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales or sales specialist Air Freight Segment
  Having good knowledge related to export and import regulations.
  Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• 
  Proficient and professional in presentations and negotiations, as well as problem-solving skills in handling emerging issues (customer complaints).
  Experienced in developing sales strategies and achieving area targets.
• 
  Able to analyze market trends, sales trends, and business opportunities in the Bekasi area and its surroundings.
• 
  Target and customer-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.
• 
  Fluent in spoken and written English.
