As a Program Management Director in AIML Solutions, you lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives that align team priorities with lines of business goals and global objectives. You oversee complex program delivery, governance, and change management to drive consistent, measurable outcomes. You foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture, build strong stakeholder relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. You champion effective resource strategies, operational improvements, and clear decision‑making to accelerate execution and results.

Together, we design operating models, measure portfolio performance, and codify repeatable practices that scale across the organization.
