Job Description

We are supporting a pioneering leader in AI compute and infrastructure through a robust RPO engagement. The company is scaling rapidly and building teams that are pushing the boundaries of high-performance distributed systems, machine learning acceleration, and next-generation cloud infrastructure.


We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Recruiter who has a proven track record placing top-tier Machine Learning, AI Research, and Applied Engineering talent. This role requires someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment, partner closely with highly technical hiring managers, and deliver world-class candidate experiences.

Responsibilities


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML functions (Research, Applied ML, ML Platform, Optimization, Distributed Training, AI Performance Engineering, etc.)
  • Engage, assess, and close senior-level technical talent in a competitive market
  • Partner with engineering leadership to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and drive high-quality hiring decisions
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
  • Track and analyze funnel metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage


Requirements


  • 4+ years recruiting in Machine Learning, AI Research, or Deep-Tech environments
  • Strong understanding of ML concepts (LLMs, distributed training, model optimization, data pipeline architecture, etc.)
  • Experience supporting fast-growing startups or high-performance technical orgs
  • Proven ability to close niche technical talent in competitive markets
  • Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder-management skills
