AI/ML Ops Engineer (18-month Leased Labor) (m/f/d)
Your mission
Apply state of the art approaches to ensure smooth operation of AI/ML activities in the AEL Safety Team.
Set up and maintain end-to-end AI pipelines, large-scale datasets, and deep learning frameworks.
Develop and automate the AI engineering lifecycle, including model training and data labeling workflows.
Implement data pre- and post-processing, including data transformations, cleaning, and filtering.
Monitor and optimize the use of GPU resources, ensure system stability and performance.
Deploy open-source models and conduct benchmarks.
Your areas of expertise
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science / Analytics, Computer / Electrical Engineering or similar field.
Knowledge in autonomous driving algorithms for driving policies, end-to-end networks, foundational models is an advantage. Familiar with such models as: UniAD, SAM, Dino, Diffusion model(policy), World model. Experience in deployment of end-to-end models for automotive is better.
Experience and proficient skills in AI/ML design and implementation, AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Python programming and data pre-/post-processing.
Knowledge in CI/CD environments, Docker, scripting and build/deploy process automation.
Hands-on attitude and positive engagement to integrate into a high-performance team.
Proficiency in English. German and/or Chinese knowledge are an advantage
