We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Expert & Technical Lead with 7+ years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to design and oversee scalable AI-driven solutions. You will be responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, AI model strategy, and ensuring high-quality implementation across applications.
Lead overall solution architecture and provide technical leadership across AI/ML initiatives
Design, develop, and validate AI/ML models aligned with business objectives
Select appropriate AI/ML approaches, including LLM-based solutions
Oversee AI integration into production-grade applications and enterprise systems
Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, reliability, and performance
Establish technical best practices, governance standards, and quality assurance processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams
Mentor junior AI engineers and guide technical growth within the team
Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate
Strong programming expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
Experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face
Proficiency in Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone)
Experience with Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid understanding of system architecture and design principles
Experience deploying AI models into scalable production environments
Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model monitoring
Experience leading AI/ML teams or technical projects
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience with GenAI, RAG pipelines, or conversational AI systems
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
