This is a remote position.

• 
  Develop and fine-tune machine learning models.
• 
  Integrate and optimize large language models (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) for natural language understanding.
• 
  Build algorithms to automate workflows and decision-making

  Collaborate with the backend team to integrate AI models into the product.

  Continuously improve model performance using real-world data.

Requirements

• 
  3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development.
• 
  Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• 
  Experience with fine-tuning LLMs and deploying AI models in production.
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
• 
  Top engineering school from Poland or Europe
