What success looks like in this role:

We are seeking a talented Solutions Computer Engineer to join our Solutions & Customer Success team. In this role, you will be a technical champion for solutions, working closely with enterprise clients to implement, optimize, and support Claude-based solutions. You will bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business applications, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our products. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer with strong technical foundations and a passion for AI to grow rapidly while contributing significantly to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and guidance to enterprise clients implementing Claude APIs and solutions

• Design and develop proof-of-concept implementations tailored to specific client use cases

• Serve as the technical lead for integration projects, including prompt engineering, system design, and testing

• Conduct technical training sessions and workshops for client development teams

• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and provide best practices guidance

• Gather client feedback and collaborate with product teams to inform feature development

• Develop technical documentation, code samples, and best practice guides

• Stay current with AI/ML advancements and contribute to the internal knowledge base

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional software engineering or technical experience

• Claude Architect certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise with Claude

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, Go, or similar)

• Experience with REST APIs and API integration

• Understanding of software development best practices and system design principles

• Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) or AI/ML technologies

• Experience in a solutions engineering, customer success, or technical consulting role

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

• Experience with database systems and data management

• Experience with version control systems (Git)

• Demonstrated passion for AI safety and responsible AI development

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
