As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to develop scalable machine learning models, optimize algorithms, and integrate AI capabilities into production systems. You will contribute throughout the complete machine learning lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment, testing, and continuous improvement, while gaining exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models to solve real-world business and engineering challenges.
• Build AI-powered applications and integrate machine learning solutions into software products using Python and C++
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets to prepare high-quality training data.
• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models to improve prediction accuracy and overall performance.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to deploy scalable AI solutions into production environments.
• Optimize algorithms, model inference, and application performance for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop reusable code, automation scripts, and testing frameworks to support AI model development and deployment.
• Perform model validation, debugging, and performance monitoring while implementing continuous improvements.
• Document technical designs, experiments, and development processes to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and modern software engineering practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model development techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and C++ for software development, algorithm implementation, and AI applications.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented programming, and software engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization techniques.
• Basic understanding of version control systems such as Git and collaborative software development workflows.
