We’re looking for a passionate and forward-thinking AI/ML Engineer to join our R&D team at IVIX, where we use cutting-edge AI to fight financial crimes .

In this role, you’ll focus on building and deploying advanced AI systems powered by large language models (LLMs), autonomous agents, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures. You’ll help us turn noisy, unstructured web data—social media posts, documents, business listings—into structured, high-confidence insights at scale. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most impactful AI stacks in production, solving hard real-world problems in a startup environment.

About the postion

• Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-powered systems for information extraction, reasoning, and classification.
• Build autonomous agents that can interact with knowledge sources, APIs, and structured data to derive actionable insights.
• Implement and optimize RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, data, and software teams to translate business goals into AI-powered workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate tools such as LangChain, OpenAI, Gemini, vector DBs (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), and others.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python in data-heavy environments.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or data science, with strong focus on LLMs and NLP
• Experience building systems using LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Proven experience with agent-based architectures and/or RAG pipelines
• Strong Python skills and experience integrating APIs, vector search, or knowledge graphs.
• Passion for AI, staying current with the latest LLM developments, open-source tools, and best practices.
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
