We're looking for you

We are seeking a Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Specialist to lead the end-to-end design and deployment of machine learning, advanced analytics, and software solutions that drive measurable business impact. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, data, and technology—translating complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready initiatives. You will leverage predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and modern software solutions to generate actionable insights and optimize decision-making.
You will own use cases end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions, to validating impact and ensuring successful adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models and data-driven solutions to address concrete business problems.
  • Build robust data pipelines, features, and integrations in collaboration with data engineering and RnD teams.
  • Package models and solutions for production use ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data quality checks to enable high-performing models.
  • Evaluate model performance against defined KPIs and optimize as needed (retraining, tuning, refactoring).
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementation plans.
  • Work with engineers and architects to align on standards, security, and integration patterns while retaining ownership of the AI solution lifecycle.
  • Document solutions, architectures, and processes to ensure transparency, reuse, and operational continuity.
  • Ensure all implementations follow responsible AI principles, regulatory requirements, and internal governance.
  • Support knowledge transfer and enablement, helping teams effectively use the delivered AI solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, along with a solid foundation in backend software development, cloud infrastructure management, and large-scale analytics workloads.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python is required.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Databricks, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.
  • Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.
  • Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.
  • Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
