Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced AI/ML Developer to enhance our team's capabilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions, leveraging their expertise in deep learning and image processing. With a strong background in software engineering and a hands-on approach, they will contribute to the design and implementation of data processing pipelines, ensuring efficient and effective AI integration into our enterprise solutions.

• Develop and implement deep learning solutions for image data processing, utilizing convolutional networks and real-time object detection models like YOLO and SAM.
• Design and construct data processing pipelines, ensuring efficient and scalable AI integration.
• Build REST backends to seamlessly integrate AI models into enterprise-level solutions.
• Utilize AI software frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and model formats like ONNX, to create complex software packages.
• Streamline AI development and deployment processes using ClearML or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, subject-matter experts, and IT security professionals, to ensure successful AI implementation.
• Evaluate new technologies and model approaches through fast prototyping, demonstrating a hands-on mentality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting complex AI concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML, contributing to the continuous improvement of our solutions.

• Expertise in developing deep learning solutions, with a focus on image data processing, for over 3-5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of real-time object detection and image segmentation models, such as YOLO and SAM.
• Proficiency in major AI software frameworks, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and model formats like ONNX.
• Experience in building REST backends for enterprise solution integration, with a minimum of 1 year.
• Familiarity with ClearML or similar platforms for streamlining AI development and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, and a solid understanding of Git source control.
• A university degree in Software Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, ensuring effective collaboration and documentation.
• A proactive and innovative mindset, always seeking to explore and implement cutting-edge AI technologies.
