The Aikman Club Attendant is responsible for serving beverages to our guests, keeping inventory of items, stocking, and cleaning/clearing products all while providing guests with exceptional and professional service tableside in our premium club. This role may also be responsible for providing supplies and items to the bartenders that help ensure exceptional guest service

Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star, white-gloved experience is made.

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for stocking bar items daily and filling the ice bins as needed
• Assisting in inventory controls
• Assisting in putting food out on buffets and restocking on game days
• Assisting in cleanliness of the premium area
• Anticipate needs throughout the shift
• Replenish food and beverage products during events
• Assist in set-up and break down of spaces prior to and at the conclusion of events, return equipment to appropriate storage areas
• Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
• Ensure prompt, quality service is provided
• Process products accurately and efficiently
• Take orders in a professional manner from guests throughout the space
• Work harmoniously with bartenders to fulfill guest orders in a timely manner
• Responsible for tapping kegs throughout events
• Knowledge and accordance with all state liquor laws
• Return and obtain old/new C02 tanks for the bar
• Communicating guest needs to appropriate server if it is something that you cannot get yourself
• Assist with bussing/ cleaning up tables and buffet when necessary
• Fully set and breakdown the buffet dining areas for every event, setting appropriate utensils
• TEAMWORK! Be flexible and assist other staff members with a positive attitude when you are not busy or when asked to help by management / supervisors.
• Report timely to work and prepared to start at the starting time, know your work area and set up as directed
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Alcohol Certification (Required)
• Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required)
• Must be able to multi-task and problem solve
• Must be able to work efficiently and maintain a sense of urgency
• Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Ability to push a cart that weighs up to 50lbs. through doorways and over carpet (Required)
• Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills

This role will have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of PPE.
