职位描述
1、负责 TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter) 等海外社交平台的策略制定与执行，创作并发布符合当地文化语境的高质量内容。 2、搭建并管理 Discord, Telegram 等官方社群；策划并落地社群活动，提升用户活跃度与粘性。 3、研究海外乙游玩家、OC 群体、二创群体的审美偏好与交流语境，输出精准的本地化运营方案。 4、熟练运用多种 AIGC 工具（如 ChatGPT, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion 等）进行文案撰写、图片辅助生成及视频剪辑，实现内容的高效迭代。
职位要求
1、主营地区为英语和西语地区，要求英语可作为工作语言（精通听说读写），优秀的西班牙语沟通能力加分，能够无障碍进行跨文化深度交流。 2、社交/娱乐/游戏出海经验优先。深度参与或了解海外二次元文化，对乙游、OC（Original Character）、同人二创群体有深刻理解，能精准捕捉该类受众的“萌点”与痛点。 3、具备优秀的审美能力和文案功底，能独立产出符合海外社交媒体流行趋势的图文或视频内容。 4、对 AIGC 行业有强烈好奇心，有实际使用 AI 工具优化工作流（如内容分发、回复自动化或素材产出）的经验。 加分项 有海外留学经历或长期海外生活背景（尤其是西语区或北美）。 在 Discord 等平台有大型垂直社群（10k+ 成员）管理经验者。 个人是资深 OC 创作者、同人画师或乙游深度玩家
