职位描述

-负责AIGC内容项目的整体风格定位与视觉方向把控，涵盖角色设计、场景构建、色彩体系、光影氛围、视觉特效等核心视觉元素，确保作品具备高水准的审美表现力与统一的视觉语言；
-主导并深度参与AIGC生成工作，熟练运用AI工具进行概念设计、关键帧绘制、风格探索与视觉迭代，将AI能力转化为高质量的产出；
-搭建并优化AI生产流程，建立风格控制、角色一致性、场景连贯性等标准化方案，解决AI生成中的视觉逻辑问题与审美偏差，提升各个环节的效率与质量；
-协同编剧、技术团队及制片部门，确保视觉创意与故事表达、角色塑造、情绪氛围高度契合，从视觉维度支撑作品在故事、人物、情绪三大支点上的完整。

职位要求

-具备深厚的美术功底或摄影功底，精通构图、色彩、光影、造型等视觉语言，对风格化表达、写实质感、动画、奇幻等多种视觉风格均有驾驭能力，能精准把握年轻用户的视觉审美趋势；
-精通主流AIGC视觉工具，熟悉模型训练、LoRA微调、ControlNet应用等进阶技术，能够根据项目需求定制化视觉生成方案；
-具备强大的视觉统筹与团队管理能力，能够高效推进生产环节的创意执行与产能交付，在快节奏项目中保持视觉质量的高度一致性；
-具备良好的跨部门沟通与协作能力，能与总导演、编剧、技术、制片等岗位高效配合，将艺术构想转化为可落地的AIGC生产方案。
