销售总监（AIGC创作平台）北京社招全职销售 - 销售职位 ID：A217586职位描述-搭建并带领销售团队，负责公司AIGC创作平台在泛娱乐内容制作市场的全面商业化落地，打赢 AI 赋能影视行业的第一场硬仗；
-战略规划与执行：根据公司AIGC创作平台的产品特性与商业化目标，制定 B 端市场（影视公司、动画工作室、MCN机构、短剧制作方等）的销售战略、业务目标及打法；
-团队搭建与管理：负责销售团队的招募、培训、激励与考核，打造一支懂 AI、懂影视内容、极具战斗力的铁军；
-标杆大客攻坚：亲自挂帅，拓展和维护头部影视制作公司、平台方等关键大客户（Key Accounts），促成战略级合作，打造行业标杆案例；
-市场洞察与产品协同：密切关注 AI + 泛娱乐行业动态及竞品动向，收集一线客户对公司AIGC创作平台的反馈，协同产研团队优化产品体验和商业化策略。
职位要求-经验背景： 8 年以上 B2B 销售经验，其中至少 3 年以上IT服务销售团队管理经验。有 SaaS、AI 创作工具、或泛娱乐（影视/动漫/短剧）企业服务相关背景者优先；
-行业资源：在影视娱乐行业拥有深厚的人脉积累，能直接触达头部制作公司、MCN 机构的核心决策者（如制片人、CEO、业务负责人）；
-核心能力：具备极强的商业敏锐度、从 0 到 1 的破局能力以及大项目运作和客情维护能力；
-个人特质：拥抱变化，对 AIGC 技术改变内容创作有强烈的信念感，抗压能力强，具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力。投递
