職務目的（Job Purpose）

• Execute strategies and initiatives to achieve profitable growth by promotion, training and underwriting of Casualty line products as Corporate Segment underwriter, based on the underwriting authority and under the supervision of the supervisor.
  引受権限および上司の管理・監督のもと、コーポレート（大企業・中堅企業）セグメントのアンダーライターとして、企業賠償保険にかかる推進、トレーニングおよび引受を行い、、収益性を伴った成長を実現する。

• The scope of responsibility includes underwriting, promotion and marketing, trainings of the branch/channel in charge, monitor, tracking and reporting of budget/KPIs, execution of compliance, and involvement in HO initiatives including new product development and efficiency improvement.
  担当範囲には、担当営業店・チャネルにおける引受、営業推進、トレーニング、予算やKPIのモニタリング・リポート、コンプライアンス施策の実行、その他商品開発や効率化取組み等本社プロジェクトへの参画が含まれる。

• By working with other PCs and distribution partners, Claims team contribute to the development of Casualty business across segments.
  各商品部門や営業部門、損害サービス部門とも連携し、セグメントを横断した企業賠償保険のビジネス構築に貢献する。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• Review new and renewal submissions from distribution channel by performing UW due diligence including risk selection, terms & condition setting, limit management to ensure the continued profitability and volatility avoidance.
  営業店より提出された新規および継続契約の見積依頼について、リスク選択、引受条件、リミット管理を含むレビューを行い、継続的な収益性およびボラティリティの回避を確保する。必要に応じて上長の承認を取得する。

• Handling some large, complex accounts, and coordination with overseas counterparts may be required for some multinational accounts. Also propose any alternative option available as necessary.
  大企業案件やリスクが複雑な案件をハンドルし、マルチナショナルアカウントについては海外関係者との調整も必要に応じて行う。また必要に応じて可能な代替案の提案を行う。

• Create marketing, promotion and training strategies with distribution colleagues, visit brokers, agents and customers, and provide practical solutions to their risk-related issues.
  営業推進、トレーニングに関する戦略を立て、担当営業店・チャネルにおける実行を担う。各種資料の作成、営業店に対するトレーニングの実施、各種照会に対する適切なアドバイスの提供を行う。　 営業社員と協業し、ブローカー、代理店、顧客を訪問し、リスクに対する顧客の課題解決を実践する。

• For certain products, perform booking and policy drafting etc. of the accounts underwritten, including associated instruction to the operations department.
  一部商品においては、オペレーション部門に対する指示を含む引受案件に掛かる計上や証券作成にかかる業務を行う。

• Ensure appropriate UW approvals are obtained as necessary and escalate any problems/issues and make sure adequate solutions are coordinated and provided.
  必要に応じて適切なUW承認を得るとともに、その他問題があれば上位管理者へ報告し、適切な解決が行われるよう徹底する。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

　 最終学歴

• Bachelor or equivalent
  学士号または同等の学位

　 スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許

• English, business level including speaking skills required
  スピーキングスキル含むビジネスレベルの英語

• Knowledge on market, distribution, contract acquisition, portfolio management etc.
  マーケット、ディストリビューション、契約募集、ポートフォリオ管理等に関する知識

• Communication and presentation skills
  コミュニケーションおよびプレゼンテーション能力

• Self-motivated and ability to cooperate with others as a team
  自発性および他者とチームとして協力できる能力

• Time management and multitasking skills
  タイムマネジメント、マルチタスク能力

　 業務経験

• More than 7years of working experience in P&C insurance with underwriting experience in Casualty
  損害保険業界における7年程度以上の業務経験および企業賠償保険分野における引受業務経験

勤務地（Location）

• 東京本社を予定。（本人の希望により、大阪の配属を検討する場合あり。）
