Job Description

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 旅行会社、留学事業者、その他旅行関連事業者を代理店として担当します。

• 代理店と信頼関係を築き、保険募集業務の指導、コンプライアンス指導、旅行保険の契約獲得サポートを行い、AIG損保旅行保険の認知拡大、成長、収益拡大することを目的とします。

• 既存代理店からの紹介や、ＨＰなどの情報ソースから新規代理店を開拓する業務。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 旅行者、留学生等の個人のお客さま、出張・駐在を送り出す法人のお客さまへ、担当代理店が最適なソリューションを提案できるよう代理店教育・指導を行う。

• 社内外の関係者との良好なコミュニケーションを通じて、チームとして収益を伴う成長に向けた新しい企画や施策を検討し、実行する。

• 所属するチーム内での情報共有、各種施策の実行計画の立案。

• 学士号または同等の学位

　 スキル/知識/能力

• PCスキル（Excel/Word/PPT中級以上尚可）

• ソーシャルスキル、社内外との対人コミュニケーションスキル

• 誠実かつ責任感のある方。調整能力に長けた方。

• 取引先代理店主、年長者に対しても、臆することなくしっかりと教育指導ができる方

• 複数案件の進捗を管理でき、優先順位を考え自発的に行動できる方

　 業務経験

• 営業経験または接客経験

• 社外取引先への調整業務経験
