🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• Design and implement scalable, secure AI-powered data workflows
• Build, fine-tune, and deploy autonomous agents that interact with data and systems (from service agents to sales reps)
• Collaborate with our consulting teams to turn real client use cases into AI-powered solutions
• Work with leading tech like Snowflake, Salesforce, OpenAI, Streamlit, and more
• Be part of a growing team shaping the future of AI + Data Services in Europe

Requirements

🔍 Who We're Looking For

We want builders, not just coders. Whether you’re self-taught or classically trained, junior or seasoned — if you live and breathe AI, data, and automation, you're our kind of engineer.

We're especially looking for:

• Engineers who love working with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
• People who are exploring agentic workflows, LLMOps, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Vector DBs, and Snowflake Cortex
• Tinkerers who see Autonomous Agents not as hype, but as the next productivity revolution
• Proficiency in SQL and strong programming skills in Python (or equivalent (Java, JavaScript, C#, etc...)
• Bonus if you have experience with AgentForce (Salesforce’s framework for building autonomous agents)
