AIC Sales - MS

This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands the evolving site-of-care landscape and wants to play a direct role in expanding patient access to specialty therapies outside of the hospital setting.

You'll help providers and patients navigate access to a wide range of biologic and specialty infusion therapies across gastroenterology, rheumatology, neurology, endocrinology, immunology, and rare disease.

If you’ve built strong physician relationships in these specialties and are looking for an opportunity with long-term growth potential and real operational impact, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and expand referral relationships with specialty physicians throughout Mississippi

  • Position ambulatory infusion services as a preferred alternative to hospital outpatient infusion

  • Educate providers and office staff on patient access, reimbursement support, and site-of-care advantages

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and intake teams to support seamless therapy onboarding

  • Build territory strategy across key markets including Jackson, Gulf Coast, Hattiesburg, and Tupelo

  • Serve as a trusted resource for providers navigating biologic therapy access and infusion logistics

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in biologic pharmaceutical sales, specialty infusion, rare disease, specialty pharmacy, or buy-and-bill business development

  • Existing relationships with gastroenterologists, rheumatologists, neurologists, or other specialty providers throughout Mississippi preferred

  • Strong understanding of infusion economics, reimbursement, and site-of-care strategy

  • Ability to navigate prior authorization and patient access conversations

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and growing a territory

  • Proven relationship-building skills and consultative approach with providers and care teams
