AI应用研发工程师/专家(AI Agent与效能方向)北京社招全职数字技术 - 算法本科及以上1-3 年职位描述【团队简介】

1. AI Agent 业务赋能与架构设计：深入理解智能辅助驾驶等具体业务场景（DataBI、AI视频图像分析等），负责基于 LLM 的 AI Agent 应用架构设计与核心代码开发，解决复杂场景下的规划（Planning）、记忆（Memory）与工具调用（Tool-use）问题，切实提升业务运转效率；
2. 前沿技术攻坚与 PoC 转化：持续追踪业界最前沿的 AI 技术动态与开源方案（如 Dify, LangGraph 及其在场景落地应用），快速完成概念验证（PoC），并能攻克技术瓶颈，将其转化为稳定、可扩展的生产级能力；
3. 效能工具工程化与平台演进：主导 AI 创新落地过程中的工程化难题，负责端到端的系统开发与交付。构建高可用、高性能的内部 AI 效能平台，服务于全体研发团队，并持续收集数据进行模型/Prompt迭代。职位要求
1. 背景与经验：计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业本科及以上学历（硕博优先），3年以上后端或AI应用开发经验（能力出众者年限可放宽），热爱且极度关注 AI 领域的前沿发展；
2. 编程与架构底子：熟练掌握 Python（熟悉 Go/C++/Java 者加分），具备扎实的数据结构、算法基础，以及优秀的系统架构设计与微服务开发能力；
3. AI 技术栈（核心）：深入理解大语言模型的基本原理，精通 Prompt Engineering 技巧；熟练使用并在生产环境落地过 LangChain/LangGraph、 Dify等 AI 应用开发框架；对 RAG（检索增强生成）的高级优化（如重排、Query改写等）、复杂 Agent 架构有深刻的实践经验；
4. 工程与 DevOps 能力：熟悉 Linux 环境及 Git 工作流，深入理解微服务部署（Docker/K8s）；精通软件测试方法论，对 CI/CD（如 GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins）有丰富的集成与使用经验；
5. 软技能：具备极强的技术好奇心、自我驱动力与跨团队推动能力；优秀的英文阅读能力（能无障碍阅读前沿 Paper 和官方原版文档），能主动探索创新并解决无先例可循的复杂问题。投递
