职位描述
岗位职责(职位描述) 负责蔚来大模型底座自身的安全以及相关的大模型应用安全分析与方案设计。 了解大模型开发和应用过程中的安全问题，如:大模型越狱、隐私泄露、Agent 越权等风险，能结合业务的具体场景构建面向企业的大模型安全机制和技术工具，保证大模型服务安全合规。 针对座舱、蔚来 APP、企业数字化应用等大模型应用，系统业务团队研发一起识别技术架构过程中的新的 AI风,险 和问题，并设计对应的AI安全方案，保证 AI应用的安全 深入调研并积极探索大模型领域的前沿相关技术，能够用大模型的能力解决面临的安全问题(AIfor security)，具有独立负责具体应用场景落地和实现的能力。
职位要求
本科以上学历，计算机相关专业背景 掌握大模型的基本原理，熟悉相关的调优和 Agent 应用开发框架，能结合应用场景选择合适的大模型开发工具和算法大模型开发经验和算法经验扎实，动手能力较强(有AI安全景的优先) 有强烈的技术好奇心，紧跟前沿技术者优先，有良好的协同、沟通、理解业务的能力，擅长利用所学知识解决实际问题 优选要求: 大模型开发者或者数据安全/应用安全领域经验者 有AI/算法基础，对AI/算法在安全领域应用有一定经验
