职位描述

围绕新能源汽车车身连接工艺，如SPR自冲铆接、点焊等过程数据与工艺知识，参与工业AI算法建模、异常检测、质量预测、Agentic Workflow原型验证及数据方案预研工作，支撑制造工艺的数字化、智能化与自动化。
1. 参与制造工艺相关数据的理解、清洗、特征构建与数据质量分析；
2. 基于工艺数据构建机器学习/深度学习模型，用于工艺参数预测、质量评估、异常检测或决策优化；
3. 探索并实现回归、分类、时序建模、表示学习等算法方案（如XGBoost、NN、Transformer、AutoEncoder等）；
4. 将算法结果与工程实际相结合，参与算法效果评估与可解释性分析；
5. 参与工业AI Agentic Workflow项目原型验证与功能测试，包括算法工具封装、模型接口调用、流程日志整理与效果评估等工作；
6. 配合完成算法原型验证、实验对比与技术文档整理；

职位要求

1. 全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，机械、自动化、材料、计算机、人工智能等相关专业。
2. 熟练使用 Python 进行数据处理与分析，能够基于 NumPy / Pandas 完成数据清洗与特征构建。
3. 熟悉机器学习建模流程，能够使用 scikit-learn、XGBoost、LightGBM 等工具完成模型训练、验证、评估和结果分析。
4. 了解深度学习基础，具备使用 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow 进行基础模型训练的经验；熟悉时序建模、异常检测、AutoEncoder、CNN、Transformer等方法者优先。
5. 具备一定的数据工程意识，了解 SQL、数据库查询、API调用、脚本工程化或FastAPI等基础工程能力者优先。
6. 具备良好的问题拆解能力、学习能力和文档表达能力，能够将算法结果转化为清晰的实验结论、测试报告或技术方案。
有以下任一经验可优先考虑：
1. 有制造、工艺、装备、质量、工业数据相关项目或实习经验；
2. 熟悉时序数据建模、异常检测、预测性建模等工业场景算法；
3. 对工艺机理 + 数据驱动建模有兴趣（如机理约束、特征工程、知识融合）；
4. 了解LLM、RAG、Agent、工具调用、Workflow编排等AI应用开发方向；
5. 具备一定的论文阅读和复现实验能力。
6. 擅长撰写技术文档、测试报告；
