MENA Alliances is seeking experienced
AI workplace skills trainers
to deliver practical, high-impact training programs for a leading multinational corporation's Graduate Development Program in the MENA region. You will equip early-career professionals across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations with the AI capabilities they need to excel in their roles from day one.
This is not theoretical AI training; you'll be teaching graduates how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI, Notebook LLM) to improve their daily work: writing better emails, analyzing data faster, creating compelling presentations, and building efficient workflows.
Facilitate interactive training sessions
for cohorts of 20-30 graduates in bootcamp (2-day) and modular (4-week) formats
Deliver content bilingually
in English and Arabic, adapting seamlessly based on participant needs
Lead function-specific breakout sessions
tailored to Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Operations roles
Conduct hands-on exercises
using real Nestlé scenarios, FMCG datasets, and regional business contexts
Facilitate capstone projects
where graduates redesign workflows and present measurable improvements
Provide asynchronous support
during program delivery periods via Q&A channels
Adapt curriculum
to the client's specific workflows, tools, brands, and AI policies during planning phases
Create MENA-relevant examples
that reflect regional market dynamics, cultural contexts, and business challenges
Develop bilingual resources,
including prompt libraries, templates, and functional playbooks
Refine content iteratively
based on real-time participant feedback and engagement
Train high-potential graduates
to become internal AI advocates and peer trainers
Coach Champions
on facilitation skills, resource creation, and community-building
Support Champions
during co-delivery of training sessions
Facilitate communities of practice
across MENA markets
Conduct pre/post assessments
to measure knowledge gains and confidence improvements
Collect participant feedback
and manager observations systematically
Document AI workflows created
and time savings achieved by graduates
Contribute to impact reports
with qualitative insights and success stories
3+ years facilitating
digital skills, workplace productivity, or technology adoption training
Demonstrated expertise
using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Notion AI) for professional work
Experience training
early-career professionals, graduates, or entry-level talent
Proven track record
delivering interactive, applied learning programs (not lecture-based)
Experience working across MENA region
with understanding of cultural nuances and business contexts
Advanced proficiency
in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Copilot integration (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Hands-on experience
with multiple AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Notebook LLM
Practical knowledge
of prompt engineering, workflow design, and AI-enhanced productivity techniques
Basic understanding
of data privacy, responsible AI practices, and enterprise AI governance
Functional business knowledge
in at least 2 of: Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Operations
Native or near-native fluency
in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Cultural intelligence
to navigate MENA workplace dynamics, hierarchy, and communication styles
Ability to create psychologically safe learning environments
for diverse, multi-national cohorts
Sensitivity to regional variations
across Gulf, Levant, and North African markets
Highly interactive facilitation style
with 60%+ participant engagement in sessions
Ability to manage breakout groups

Comfortable with on-the-fly adaptation
based on participant needs and real-time feedback
Strong questioning and listening skills
to draw out participant insights and concerns
Confidence facilitating
both in-person and virtual sessions seamlessly
Corporate training certification
(e.g., ATD, ICF, train-the-trainer programs)
Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or multinational corporations
Background in instructional design
or adult learning methodologies
Experience developing AI Champions or train-the-trainer programs
Previous work with graduate development programs
or early-career talent pipelines
Knowledge of regional AI regulations
and data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, local laws)
