About the Role

We are implementing agentic AI workflows to transform how our company of 1,000 employees operates. The goal is to automate repetitive processes, improve efficiency, and free staff for higher-value work.

We are seeking an n8n Workflow Developer who can design, build, and maintain automation workflows. This role is hands-on technical and involves connecting multiple systems, APIs, and AI services into reliable business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Workflow Development: design, build, and maintain automation workflows using n8n, connect internal systems (ERP, HR, Finance, CRM) with external APIs and AI services, optimize workflows for performance, error handling, and scalability.
• Integration & API Work: develop and test API integrations, work with data engineers to ensure data is clean and accessible, build custom nodes/functions in JavaScript or Python when needed.
• Testing & Support: run test cases, debug workflows, and fix errors quickly, document workflows and provide handover guides, support the Program Manager and business teams during pilots.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in automation, backend development, or system integration.
• Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, REST/JSON.
• Basic coding ability in JavaScript or Python for custom functions.
• Understanding of databases (SQL) and data structures.

• Native Thai
