Manpower Malta is seeking to recruit an AI Visual & Motion Creator to join our client's team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for artificial intelligence, motion design, and digital content creation. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing engaging visual assets and short-form videos for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, technically skilled, and eager to explore new AI technologies and workflows to enhance content production.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Create AI-generated visuals, characters, backgrounds, and campaign assets.
• 
  Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
• 
  Edit, improve, and adapt creative content into multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• 
  Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to deliver engaging promotional content.
• 
  Research and test new AI tools, creative workflows, and emerging technologies.

Key Requirements:

• 
  Minimum of 2 years' experience in graphic design, video production, or motion design.
• 
  Relevant qualification or certification at EQF Level 5.
• 
  Strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated visuals, videos, animations, or creative campaigns.
• 
  Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar creative software, with experience using AI image and video generation tools.
