The Opportunity

Havas Edge is launching a brand-new AI-powered production capability, and we’re looking for an AI Video Maker to be part of this exciting new chapter.

Based in Agadir, Morocco, you will work closely with the team in Paris, supporting major brands by creating, adapting, and transcreation of video and visual content at scale. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, technology, and innovation, combining strong craft skills with the power of generative AI.

A key part of the role is working with Havas’ proprietary AI production platform. You’ll be among the first teams to use it in-market, helping shape new workflows, push creative boundaries, and redefine how content is produced across the network. You will need to be comfortable learning a new platform, with the expectation that you will grow into the subject matter expert for us.

Your Mission

Create, refine, and optimise high-quality video and visual assets by leveraging generative AI and hybrid production workflows. You will contribute to innovative, effective advertising and social media campaigns, with a strong focus on adaptation and transcreation for multiple formats, markets, and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Create video and visual assets using generative AI tools, in combination with traditional post-production techniques
• Adapt, localise, and transcreation of existing content to ensure consistency across formats, platforms, and markets
• Work with Havas’ in-house AI tool, to accelerate production while maintaining creative excellence
• Design, propose, and implement hybrid AI + post-production workflows that enhance speed, quality, and scalability
• Apply advanced prompting techniques to achieve creative, relevant, and original results
• Retouch, composite, edit, and integrate AI-generated assets into existing video sequences
• Actively test new AI features and tools, sharing learnings and contributing to ongoing innovation within the team
• Maintain a high level of craft, attention to detail, and visual storytelling
• Collaborate closely with creative teams and creative direction during iteration and optimisation phases

Your Profile

• Experience needed is as a video/content maker, highly interested in IA
• 5 years of experience in video production with at least 1 year working with AI platforms
• Proven experience using generative AI tools for video and visual production
• Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Solid visual culture with a sharp eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working on adaptation and transcreation projects, often at pace and scale
• Curious, structured, autonomous, and excited by experimentation and emerging technologies
• Able to balance creativity with efficiency in a production-driven environment
• A portfolio or reel showcasing hybrid AI/traditional video work, including creative approach and methodology
• You are rigorous, organized, curious, and want to get involved in a fast-growing group by not hesitating to take initiatives.
• You demonstrate a real sense of synthesis, know how to decrypt problems in a few moments, and transcribe the essentials.
• You know how to question yourself, like to be challenged
• You are a force of proposal and know how to anticipate, listen and rigorous.
• You have a good ability to communicate and adapt to a start-up environment.
