About the Role
We're hiring an entry-level AI Video Content Creator to support our growing creative needs. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a passion for design, video, and emerging AI tools. You’ll use AI platforms to turn ideas and images into compelling video content, supporting designers and editors across eJam’s brands.

We’re specifically looking for individuals with a creative background (such as video editing or design) What matters most is a willingness to learn, a problem-solving mindset, and a fast internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Use AI tools to generate high-quality images and video assets based on creative briefs
• Edit content using tools like Adobe Premiere and CapCut
• Support the video editing team with asset generation (image-first, then video)
• Learn and adapt quickly to new AI software and creative technologies
• Collaborate with creative leads to meet deadlines and output volume
• Organize and manage creative files efficiently
  

Requirements

• Basic familiarity with graphic design or video editing (schoolwork, personal projects, or portfolio accepted)
• Comfort using or learning AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, Sora, ChatGPT etc.
• Strong internet connection (essential for uploading and using AI platforms)
• Eagerness to learn and take feedback
• A portfolio (can include personal, school, or AI-generated work)
• Must complete a short test assignment if selected
  
  

Salary

• $4.50–$5.50 USD/hour (based on experience and portfolio strength)
  
  

Working Hours

• 5:00am - 2:00pm PH time
